100th Anniversary Reunion

With increasing restrictions on travel, due to new COVID-19 variants, and delays in the timelines for vaccinations, your Anniversary Steering Committee (ASC) has made the difficult decision to delay the JTCVC 100th Anniversary celebrations. Once it becomes safe again to meet in large groups, your Alumni Team will work to re-envision the celebration activities; and secure a new date and venue for our centennial celebration.

Stay tuned to our Centennial website (http://centennial.jtcvc.ca/) and Facebook group (JTCVC Alumni) for all the new details. Also, if you or your friends are not part of our e-mail list, please send your contact details to alumniteam@jtcvcalumni.ca. And, don’t forget to send us stories and pictures of your time as a JTC Cadet and/or Officer (webmaster@jtcvcAlumni.ca) for publication on your Alumni website (http://wwww.jtcvcAlumni.ca/), Facebook group (JTCVC Alumni) and in our planned 100th Anniversary History Book.

We thank all of you that purchased tickets for the 2020 JTCVC Anniversary celebration. We will be sending out an e-mail shortly, to those of you that had purchased tickets, with details on how to request a refund. Similarly, we will contact those of you that were going to pickup your Alumni memorabilia purchases at the event, to arrange the delivery/refund of your purchases.

For those of you that have made hotel reservations and flight arrangements, we remind you to cancel those reservations.

The ASC regrets that this delay has once again become necessary, but they want to err on the side of safety for all our Alumni members. We hope that all of you will understand and that you will join us to celebrate 100+ years when the new arrangements have been made.
